Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Research

• Research, collect, and synthesize data and insights on the market, competition, industry trends, and business models relevant to the company's strategic agenda.
• Monitor industry trends, historical patterns, forecasts, and competitive landscape; build and evaluate recommendations for growth and monetization.
• Track competitors and generate market analyses to identify opportunities and formulate recommendations.
• Identify and connect information from multiple sources to build a complete and actionable strategic picture.
• Contribute to defining KPIs for strategic initiatives, enabling performance analysis and reporting against strategic objectives.
• Assess and monitor strategy execution and portfolio project performance, providing a clear, prioritized, and real-time view across all projects.

Strategic Content Development

• Support the structuring and development of the strategic plan content, with a strong focus on key strategic initiatives.
• Periodically review and recommend improvements to the company strategy based on trends, business context, and identified opportunities.
• Coordinate the collection of data and information on key strategic projects (business case, risk management, resources/interdependencies, benefits/scope) to enable efficient decision-making.
• Research and identify potential business opportunities in the form of acquisitions, partnerships, or collaborations with innovative business entities.
• Collaborate with various business entities to facilitate the development of innovative business models and techniques.

Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

• Create and develop high-quality strategy presentations, transforming complex data and analyses into clear, coherent, and compelling narratives for various internal audiences.
• Translate analytical conclusions into structured visual stories, ensuring a logical narrative flow and strong visual impact in every deliverable.
• Ensure a professional, creative, and aesthetic design of presentations, applying modern principles of layout, typography, color palette, and data visualization to maximize clarity and message impact.
• Develop and maintain a high standard of visual presentation across the strategy team by proposing and implementing templates, visual guidelines, and design best practices.
• Transform quantitative data and information into intuitive infographics, charts, and visual representations, tailored to context and audience.
• Contribute to the development of presentations and analyses requested by company management, ensuring the visual and narrative quality of delivered materials.

Project Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor the execution of key projects in line with the company's strategic plan and flag relevant deviations or risks.
• Participate, when assigned by superiors, in intra- and inter-departmental projects with a strategic component.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity — the ability to discover, connect, and synthesize information from diverse sources to generate strategic insights;
• Native visual storytelling ability — translating complex concepts or data into clear, structured, and persuasive visual narratives;
• Aesthetic sense and design orientation — creating beautiful, creative visual presentations with attention to detail, layout, and visual coherence;
• Advanced proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) and data visualization;
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality output;
• Curiosity about market trends, competitive dynamics, and business model innovation;
• Languages: Advanced English;
• Relevant technical knowledge;
• Experience in project management.
