💼 What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the recruitment and HR support activities for our store & logistics network;
• Build and implement recruitment strategies and action plans for your team;
• Monitor and improve processes like selection, hiring and onboarding for operational roles;
• Offer HR support on the ground: gather feedback from teams and managers, help improve integration and retention;
• Identify challenges in specific locations and propose smart, people-focused solutions;
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives for development and engagement;
• Lead, organize and coach your team to perform and grow.

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in social sciences or HR-related fields);
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or operational HR (retail/logistics a plus);
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills;
• Understanding of labor law and/or HR processes;
• MS Office skills and adaptability to internal tools;
• A proactive, people-first mindset with focus on solutions and results;
• Willingness to travel and stay connected with teams in the field.
