Financial Processes Specialist

As a Financial Processes Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze current financial processes and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Drive and support the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes across the Group;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and product teams to identify, evaluate, and document opportunities for improvement;
  • Act as a key partner in training and supporting finance teams during process rollouts;
  • Ensure data quality in SAP and support internal and external audits;
  • Design and implement scalable process changes that increase operational efficiency.

 

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 3-5 years of experience in finance/economic activities;

✔️ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

✔️ Hands-on experience in process improvement and project management;

✔️ Advanced PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word);

✔️ SAP knowledge – nice to have;

✔️ Advanced English (written & spoken).
