Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (Commercial) to act as a trusted advisor for our Commercial department, driving performance through financial analysis and planning, financial steering, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Collaborate with Commercial teams to align financial plans with business goals
Provide financial overview on top line and profitability drivers: savings and strategic investments
Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize performance
Financial Planning & Analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the Commercial area
Analyze variances vs. budget, forecast, and prior year to support decision-making
Build financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
Define and participate in the testing and implementation of technical requirements for IT systems aimed at improving the planning and performance processes
Reporting & Insights
Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior management and business stakeholders highlighting key drivers and variances
Consolidate and interpret data on sales, profitability, working capital and non financial commercial KPIs
Support supplier performance tracking and commercial contracts execution
Provide both retrospective and forward-looking financial perspectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Commercial and Finance teams to drive alignment and synergy across departments
Promote financial discipline and process improvements across departments
What skills and competencies we are looking for you to have:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Economics;
Minimum 3 years of experience in fields such as: financial control, financial planning & performance, audit, and management accounting
Good knowledge in the field of financial statements analysis and planning;
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and data modeling skills
Very well-developed analytical skills and critical thinking;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Orientation towards results and performance;
Advanced level of English – written and spoken.
